Anna Nardi is a young Italian artist born on January 5, 1999 in Rome.From an early age she showed a great passion for art, inspired by her sculptor grandfather and painter father, both self-taught.This prompted her to cultivate her artistic skills from the first years of her life, ending up graduating in Graphics at the Federico Cesi Art School in Rome.After graduating, he decided to continue his studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, where, in 2021, he graduated in Sculpture.Here, his path as an artist will be briefly interrupted to interface with the world of the Theater, given the influences transmitted by his father, also an artist and set designer.
in fact, between the end of 2021 and the beginning of 2023, he will find himself working as Assistant Director for famous names such as Marco Mattolini, Gloria Pomardi, Luigi Rubinace and Elena Bonelli.Thanks to his academic training, he has the opportunity to exhibit his works in important exhibition spaces, such as the Botanical Garden of Rome, the Edieuropa Gallery "QUI" Contemporary Art in Rome and the National Institute of Roman Studies Onlus.In 2019 he took part in his first painting competition, the "Charles ed Enrico Coleman" at Cineto Romano, where he won the critics prize with praise from the artist Alessandro Romano.Anna continues to cultivate her passion for art and to experiment with different techniques, expressing herself both through sculpture and painting.
Her art is characterized by great sensitivity and originality, which make her one of the most interesting promises of the Roman art scene.She says of her: “I paint and sculpt what I know to get to understand myself more deeply.
The subjects of my works are people close to me in everyday life.
I couldnt paint someone I dont know so deeply, because I wouldnt get the sense of it."
